- 2) Discussion of leavening agents (see book page 4)
- Can you write out the chemical reaction for baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) with an acid (use HCl) to form carbon dioxide and water?
- Review/Discuss Chapter 4 (Yeast Rolls and Loaves) to note the differences between the recipes. Is there a recipe you want to try?
