Community Kitchen Users

It is expected that kitchen users will be:

1) home cooks who are interested in selling a specialty product.

2) groups of community members interested in fundraising.

3) Professional chefs who would like to tryout a new style of food thru the "pop-up" restaurant concept.

4) ???

Expectations of users:

1) Each user of the kitchen must attend a food handling lecture/discussion.

2) must coordinate activities with the kitchen coordinator.

3) must keep track of provided consumables used while in kitchen.
