Spotted two TLC plate with the 35 mesh, 60 mesh, and a CGA standard 3 micro-liters each.Then put one plate in dichloromethane (nonpolar) and the other in the methanol/water mix (polar). The dichloromethane plate reulsted in no movement from any spots. The methanol plate resulted in both sample moving along side the CGA standard.

Spotted one TLC plate with 3 micro-liters of the 35 mesh one hour shake and the two hour shake, using the methanol/water as the mobile phase.
