Making Pizza Crust

Roll out dough into the desired pizza crust size. Allowing the dough to sit (relax) for 5-10 mins will allow you to roll out thinner dough.

Add sauce, toppings, and cheese.

Bake for ~10 mins.

Modifications (look these up and enter specifics below)

Quick and Easy Pizza Muffins (use a muffin tin)

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups RO water
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can of pizza sauce
  • 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
  • pinch of oregano

Combine flour, water, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Cover and allow to rest for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Spray muffin tins with vegetable oil. Place dough in tins. Cover dough with sauce. Add a pinch of oregano. Cover with mozzarella. Place in over for 10-15 or watch till risen.
