Monmouth College Study Abroad Proposal

In order to understand the world we live in, we must establish a local, regional, national, and international awareness. Typically 'study abroad programs focus on international awareness often under the heading of attaining a global perspective. This proposal describes an experience that dives into the details of what aspects of our lives do we need to become aware; topics such as food, water, housing, social, etc.

It is the primary goal of a study abroad program to provide this type of experience to students.
These experiences come in many forms, but the proposal whould like to expand that opportunities for college students
