Welcome to the Monmouth Mycology Project.
Funded by a grant ($300) form the Monmouth College, Global Food Security Studies (GFSS) Program. Grant was submitted by Sujith San in the Spring 2016 with advising from Bradley E. Sturgeon.
Mushroom Growing Procedure; there are three distinct steps in this process:
1) Preparing a "spawn" bed.
2) Inoculating the spawn bed.
