Spotted two TLC plate with the 35 mesh, 60 mesh, and a CGA standard 3 micro-liters each.Then put one plate in dichloromethane (nonpolar) and the other in the methanol/water mix (polar). The dichloromethane plate reulsted in no movement from any spots. The methanol plate resulted in both sample moving along side the CGA standard.
