1) Fill a test tube with 5ml of aquarium water 2) Add 8 drops from Ammonia Test Solution #1 3) Add 8 drops from Ammonia Test Solution #2 4) Cap the test tube and shake vigorously for 5 seconds 5) Wait 5 minutes for the color to develop 6) Compare the color of the solution in the test tube to the Ammonia Color Chart provided
