My goal is to duplicate this method for the preparative separation of α- and β-acid standards from Hops, only in larger concentrations, so that a more in depth chemical analysis can be carried out on each of the standards. Proposal
The purpose of this study is to attain a greater understanding of the chemical properties of the α- and β-acid standards prepared from hops.
