To understand the oxidation properties of eugenol by utilizing HPLC.
Instruments to be used
HPLC
Experimental
Eugenol standard for HPLC: 15.5 ul of eugenol in 0.1 mM PBS with 10% ethanol, pH 7.4 and 1% tween. Used method "eugenol_SH_020918_b".
Oxidation reaction: 1. Eugenol stock subtrate of 1.0 mM PBS pH 7.4 and 10% ethanol 2. 0.25 M H2O2 Stock 3. HRP stock
