As indicated in the faculty statues, FIDC will review the submitted proposals and make recommendations to the dean about hiring decisions. During this review process, FIDC will also engage in conversation with the Dean regarding the feasibility of adding faculty and staff to the current employment pool. The committee will rank proposals as high, medium, and low recommendation; in addition, the financial impact of the proposal may be considered in the recommendation.
