Proposed Project Description
We are interested in understanding the role of cholesterol in the formation of lipid rafts. We will use the trough and the GC-MS to collect relevant data.

Feb 2016
I have now been able to collect some isotherms related to my research project. I hope to have some data posted shortly.

I was able to learn how to use the trough thanks to Morgan Gulley.
