Procedure
Freeze green coffee beans with liquid nitrogen to minimize degradation of the chlorogenic acid.
Crush in a ball mill for 15 mins.
Add 1g of green coffee bean powder to a 100ml methanol/water 70/30 mixture with .5% Na2SO3
