Ingredients
- 53% butter
- Various warm spices
- Various savory herbs and spices
- 1 egg
- Water
- Brown Sugar (a hearty sprinkling)
- Bread Dough Recipe
- 426 g flour
- .7% g yeast
- 44% g water
- 1.1% g salt
-Take all of the ingredients and combine them in warm water. Knead until the substance becomes dough. Place a small container of water in a large, airtight Tupperware container and place the the dough inside of the Tupperware, NOT the container of water. Let the dough sit for a day to proof. When the bread has proofed for the next day, cut to dough in half to create two loaves.
