Directions: Preheat oven to 450°. Prepare a baking soda and hot water solution with 1/2 cup baking soda and 4 cups of water. Place the dough on oiled or floured surface and cut into pieces. Roll out the pieces and into dough ropes. Form pretzel-shapes with the dough ropes. Dip the pretzel-shaped dough into baking soda/water solution. Sprinkle freshly dipped pretzels with sea salt and bake until golden brown. This usually takes 8-12 minutes. Use a toothpick or a fork to make sure the center is cooked. Enjoy!
