  • How does P change with V (at constant T)? --> -nRT/V2
  • How does P change with T (at constant V)? --> nR/V
  • Final result --> dP = ...eq. 3.6, which has defined the terms:
Thermal expansion coefficient (α) = eq 3.5
Isothermal compressibility (κT) = eq. 3.5
